For the Chicago Bears and the Houston Texans, their Pre-Season is already underway while four more teams will kick off their preseasons on Thursday Night. The New York Giants will host the Detroit Lions while the New England Patriots will host the Carolina Panthers in two games filled with former LSU stars.

The biggest headline for the Giants this offseason has been how explosive and impressive Malik Nabers has been. He won't play tonight for the New York Giants as the team rests its starters after a week of joint practices. The Giants may play former LSU cornerback Cordale Flott who has been working in with the starters but, could use some game experience. Undrafted Free Agent Ovie Oghoufo will have a chance to push for a roster spot with an impressive showing.

On the flip side of this matchup, the Lions only have one former LSU Tiger on their roster, defensive tackle Mekhi Wingo who should see some playing time tonight.

The Patriots and Panthers will face off in a game littered with former LSU Football stars at the same time. Kayshon Boutte is in an interesting spot with the regime change and will certainly be a player looking to improve his stock tonight. Davon Godchaux should see some playing time as well despite his veteran status as the Patriots are seemingly playing everyone. Finally, undrafted free agent Charles Turner will certainly see time as he fights to make the Patriots roster.

The only player the Panthers have given an update is on Bryce Young who will not play. We'll likely see Terrace Marshall Jr who may be playing to improve his chances of sticking with the Panthers as they continue to go through mass turnover. Tight end Stephen Sullivan will certainly see time as will Badara Traore while Damien Lewis may not as one of the bigger free agents signed by the Panthers. On the defensive side, K'Lavon Chaisson is the lone Tiger looking to make a strong impression.
