Who are the announcers for the LSU Football game vs UCLA?
The LSU Football team returns to Tiger Stadium as they face the UCLA Bruins who are coming off of a massive loss to the Indiana Hoosiers. LSU enters the game 2-1 while the Bruins enter the matchup 1-1 with their win coming against Hawaii. The Tigers will face off against the UCLA Bruins at 2:45 PM Central Time or 12:45 PM Pacific time for the UCLA fans on the West Coast. The game will be broadcast on ABC as well as on ESPN + for those without cable or a streaming provider.
On the call for this weekend's game is ESPN/ABC's crew of Joe Tessitore and Jesse Palmer with Katie George reporting from the sideline.
Tessitore has been a lifer at ESPN announcing boxing, College Basketball, NFL, and College Football games since the early 2000's and is an announcer for the WWE. As of right now, there may not be a better play by play announcer in Sports as Tessitore has been incredible.
Jesse Palmer played College Football at the University of Florida completing all three of his attempts against LSU in 2000. Palmer has had quite the career on TV starting his career as a contestant on the Bachelor before announcing Arena Football games. Palmer has been announcing College Football games since 2007 and was the lead announcer with Brent Musberger when SEC Network was launched. He hilariously went viral during last weeks Florida game for pointing out that a fan was in the "friend zone"
Katie George will be on the sidelines giving us information from the coaches and updates on injuries. George played Volleyball at Louisville before starting her announcing career in 2015 and has been with ESPN since 2021.
