No one expected that Florida could keep it close against Georgia yet, Florida put together an inspiring performance. Its hard to play Georgia with a true freshman quarterback yet Florida was winning this game before DJ Lagway was injured. From that point on Florida's offense went stagnant which was exactly what Georgia needed to win this game. This game may not save Billy Napier's job but, Florida clearly has its quarterback of the future in DJ Lagway.

This weekend the Missouri Tigers were off which allowed Brady Cook and some other players the time to heal up as they've dealt with a ton of injuries. The issue for Missouri is that even if they win out, they won't have that resume building win that you need to make the College Football Playoff but, Eli Drinkwitz can still put up an impressive record this season.

This bad of a loss may lead to Sam Pittman's firing either before the next game or at the end of the season. The Razorbacks were certainly undermanned in this matchup but, the team looked completely under prepared and checked out. The Razorbacks should qualify for a bowl game but, at 6-6 or 7-5, Sam Pittman likely won't keep his job.

Williams-Brice Stadium doesn't get enough credit for being one of the best environments in College Football as the stadium was rocking well before kickoff as the Gamecocks hosted Texas A&M. The Gamecocks run game shredded Texas A&M's great run defense picking up 286 yards rushing averaging 6.7 yards per carry. Shane Beamer entered the season on the hot seat and he deserves to keep his job as he continues to show he's got his program moving in the right direction.
