Lane Kiffin spent big this offseason bringing in the difference makers his team lacked last season when the Rebels faced Georgia. The move panned out, Juice Wells scored a touchdown, Princely Umanmielen recorded two sacks, and Walter Nolen recovered a fumble. The Rebels finally have the players in the trenches to match their skill players making Ole Miss a dangerous team if they make it into the College Football Playoff.

This weekend showed exactly how good this Alabama team can be when everything clicks for the Tide. Jalen Milroe took care of the football and gashed LSU the entire night using his legs and the defense was dominant. The Tide only have to play Mercer, Oklahoma, and Auburn the rest of the way and barring disaster, the Tide will be back in the College Football Playoff.

The Texas Longhorns got a much easier schedule than we expected coming into the season but, they're handling business thus far. This weekend, the Longhorns dominated an injury riddled Florida team and got the help from Ole Miss with Georgia losing. The Longhorns control their own destiny with one tough test remaining against Texas A&M.

As things currently stand, Tennessee may have the best team in the SEC depending on the health of Nico Iamaleava. The quarterback left this weekend's game against Mississippi State with an injury but, it seems like he'll be good to go this weekend. This team has an incredible running back in Dylan Sampson and one of the best defenses in the Country and that defense may be key in beating Georgia this weekend.
