The 2025 NFL Draft is less than a week away as the 32 players will hear their name called on Thursday, April 24th, when the first round of the draft kicks off. In the two days following the draft, we'll eventually see 257 players have their dreams come true, earning their place in the NFL. The NFL Draft has become a yearly showcase for the SEC as the Conference continues to pump out NFL Draft picks at an incredible rate.
This will be another dominant NFL draft by the SEC as the conference is projected to produce more than half of the 32 first round picks this year. In the latter rounds is where the SEC is actually the most impressive as the SEC will go on a number of insane streaks in the NFL Draft.
While this is a weaker class at the Quarterback position, that spells another massive year for the SEC as the conference continues to produce defensive linemen and offensive linemen at an incredible rate especially as NIL shakes up rosters on a yearly basis. Less than a week away from the NFL Draft, here is where we see each SEC Draft prospect landing in the Draft.
4th Overall - Will Campbell - New England Patriots - LSU
While the New England Patriots would like to land one of the blue chip prospects Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter, they'd be best suited by landing a cornerstone offensive tackle to protect Drake Maye. Will Campbell will most likely be the best player available for the Patriots at 4th overall, and he's the Left Tackle the team needs. Maye dealt with injuries his entire rookie season, and while a star may be nice the first priority has to be keeping Maye upright.
7th Overall - Armand Membou - New York Jets - Missouri
The New York Jets landed their franchise cornerstone left tackle in last year's draft in Olu Fashanu and with the 7th overall pick they'll have a chance to solidify their tackle position long term by drafting Armand Membou. The Missouri star has skyrocketed up NFL Draft boards, with incredible athletic numbers to go with his tape. At just 20 years old, Membou still has plenty of room to improve but, he's a finisher in the run game and didn't allow a pressure in pass protection.
8th Overall - Jalon Walker -Carolina Panthers - Georgia
As NFL teams put their finishing touches on their NFL Draft boards, the one player who's seemingly flying up draft boards is Georgia Linebacker Jalon Walker. In Jalon Walker, an NFL team is either getting an elite off ball linebacker or an edge rusher that has a ton of upside. Walker's role could be very similar to one like Micah Parsons plays in Dallas as a defense can deploy him in a variety of ways to get favorable matchups.
9th Overall - Shemar Stewart - New Orleans Saints - Texas A&M
The New Orleans Saints sole focus in the NFL Draft should be drafting the best player available in each round as they need to get younger across the board. Shemar Stewart has all of the upside you'd like in a first round pick and the lack of sacks at Texas A&M doesn't tell the full story. Shemar Stewart can come in and continue to develop becoming a key piece on the Saints defensive line for the future.
11th Overall - Malaki Starks - San Francisco 49ers - Georgia
This offseason saw the San Francisco 49ers lose several key pieces from their secondary as the team's salary cap issues kept them from retaining key pieces. The 49ers need to add a difference maker to the secondary and Malaki Starks fits the billing. Starks is one of the most talented players in the class and has the athletic traits to carry over his dominance to the NFL.
13th Overall - Kelvin Banks Jr - Miami Dolphins - Texas
The Miami Dolphins now need a Left Tackle as veteran offensive tackle Terron Armstead announced his retirement to start April. The Dolphins top priority has to be protecting Tua Tagovailoa who has dealt with a ton of injuries in his career. Kelvin Banks Jr is arguably the best tackle in the class and could instantly help the offensive line improve.
15th Overall - Mykel Williams - Atlanta Falcons - Georgia
Seemingly every year the Atlanta Falcons use a top half of the draft pick on a skill position player which they easily could once again. The team however needs to finally add a blue chip player on defense and Mykel Williams would be an ideal pick. The Falcons haven't gotten a ton of pass rush production despite bringing in veterans and as the team will have to start paying some of its young emerging stars, Mykel Williams comes in at a premium position making an impact on a rookie deal.
16th Overall - James Pearce Jr - Arizona Cardinals - Tennessee
The Arizona Cardinals have a few glaring needs on their roster but, after losing some talented pieces on defense, the Cardinals should target edge rushers. The Cardinals started to upgrade on the defensive front signing Josh Sweat and Calais Campbell but, the team needs to add homegrown defensive talent to this roster. Pearce can come in and instantly give the team a potential 10+ sack edge rusher with a great veteran in Campbell to learn from.
17th Overall - Jahdae Barron - Cincinnati Bengals - Texas
All of the Bengals issues this season were related to poor defensive play as the team wasted an MVP caliber season from Joe Burrow and a Triple Crown season from Ja'Marr Chase. As the team looks to level up on defense, Jahdae Barron can instantly come in and help the Bengals. Barron brings experience as an outside corner and a slot corner allowing the Bengals to move him around in Man and Zone coverage.
19th Overall - Nick Emmanwori - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - South Carolina
Todd Bowles made it clear this offseason that he's looking to add players who can create turnovers in the secondary. Nick Emmanwori is not only a safety that'll excel in coverage but, he can be a chess piece for Todd Bowles. Pairing Antoine Winfield Jr and Nick Emmanwori together would give the team an elite duo to anchor the back end of the defense.
20th Overall - Matthew Golden - Denver Broncos - Texas
After Bo Nix had an incredible rookie season, the Denver Broncos will now need to build the offense around him. The Broncos can use another weapon on the outside and Texas Wide Receiver Matthew Golden would be a great player to pair with Bo Nix long term. Golden is a well rounded wide receiver prospect with the ability to beat teams deep with his speed while he's got all of the ability to separate underneath.
21st Overall - Jaxson Dart - Pittsburgh Steelers - Ole Miss
The Steelers will likely end up signing Aaron Rodgers but, that shouldn't stop the team from landing their quarterback of the future. In the back half of the first round, Jaxson Dart will be available and could be the Steelers quarterback of the future. The Steelers will need a backup plan in place in case Aaron Rodgers doesn't sign or suffers an injury and Dart will get to learn behind one of the best to play the position.
24th Overall - Tyler Booker - Minnesota Vikings - Alabama
This offseason the Minnesota Vikings filled one of their holes on the offensive line signing Will Fries to a massive deal but, the team still needs to address the left guard position. Tyler Booker is a mauler in the rushing attack and has the size and strength to stifle opposing pass rushers which will allow him to step in right away giving the team a starting guard on a rookie contract.
26th Overall - Jihaad Campbell - Los Angeles Rams - Alabama
After loading up their defensive line in the draft last year, the Los Angeles Rams will now look to add talent at linebacker and defensive back. Alabama Linebacker Jihaad Campbell is a great fit to add into the Rams young defensive core because of the versatility he can bring. In the middle of the defense, Campbell has the speed to be a sideline to sideline defender while he has the pedigree to rush off of the edge for the team.
27th Overall - Nic Scourton - Baltimore Ravens - Texas A&M
One of the few positions where the Baltimore Ravens need to add talent at is edge rusher as the team continues to rotate veteran pieces through the room. Nic Scourton is a great fit for the Ravens as he'll enter the league with a well-developed set of pass rush moves rather than being a player who needs to develop as the team is trying to compete for a Super Bowl.
29th Overall - Luther Burden III - Washington Commanders - Missouri
The Washington Commanders started to build around Jayden Daniels this offseason bringing in several pieces to help him remain dominant after a stellar rookie season. While the team traded for Deebo Samuel, Luther Burden III could help round out a dominant offense. Like Samuel, Burden is electric with the ball in his hands and he'll give the team a slot receiver on the same timeline as Jayden Daniels.
34th Overall - Walter Nolen - New York Giants - Ole Miss
The New Yok Giants have the most dominant defensive tackle in the league in Dexter Lawrence but, the team hasn't been able to find a reliable defensive tackle next to him. Walter Nolen is the ideal player to put next to Dexter Lawrence as Nolen will benefit from all of the attention Lawrence and Brian Burns will draw which should allow him to be a productive player from day one.
38th Overall - Tre Harris - New England Patriots - Ole Miss
After missing out on some of the top wide receivers in free agency, the Patriots will look to add more weapons for Drake Maye in the draft. before suffering an injury, Tre Harris was leading college football in receiving and will have a massive impact in the NFL. Harris can instantly play on the outside for the Patriots and his ability to run routes as a big bodied receiver will only help Drake Maye in his development.
43rd Overall - Trey Amos - San Francisco 49ers - Ole Miss
This offseason saw the San Francisco 49ers lose several key pieces in the secondary as Charvarius Ward, Talanoa Hufanga, and Isaac Yiadom all signed elsewhere. As the team looks to retool their secondary, Trey Amos could be the first piece in bringing youth to a veteran defense. After two seasons playing in the SEC, Trey Amos has the experience and the skill set to step in right away and make an impact in the secondary.
45th Overall - Jalen Milroe - Indianapolis Colts - Alabama
The Colts have already shown that they may be willing to move on from Anthony Richardson after signing Daniel Jones on a one year deal in Free Agency. As the Colts start to look at options at the quarterback position, they could turn to Jalen Milroe once again betting on upside. Given the Colts quarterback room has Richardson and Jones, Milroe can spend the year learning behind the two as he looks to improve his game.
50th Overall - Mason Taylor - Seattle Seahawks - LSU
This offseason the Seattle Seahawks tore down a ton of their offense trading away Geno Smith and DK Metcalf while releasing Tyler Lockett. As the Seahawks look to reload on offense, the team needs to add playmakers and Mason Taylor would make a dynamic duo with Noah Fant. Taylor's ability as a blocker makes him an every down tight end while he can work the short and intermediate areas of the field while Fant looks to make explosive plays.
55th Overall - Landon Jackson - Los Angeles Chargers - Arkansas
The Chargers lost long time pass rusher Joey Bosa this offseason releasing one of the pillars of their defense. As the team looks to get younger at the position, Landon Jackson is a great player to bring into the fold. Jackson is an elite athlete with the ability to rush from several techniques which gives the team a player who can develop into their next weapon on the defensive front.
57th Overall - Alfred Collins - Carolina Panthers - Texas
While the Panthers look to build their roster back up, the team needs to start doing so through the trenches. Alfred Collins out of Texas can come in and be a stellar run defender for the Panthers while he continues to develop his game as a pass rusher. Pairing Derrick Brown and Alfred Collins together on the inside will start to give the team an identity.
60th Overall - Tate Ratledge - Detroit Lions - Georgia
Aside from the Detroit Lions needs on the defensive front, they'll need to start adding some younger pieces to the interior offensive line. Tate Ratledge is a solid athlete at the position but, injuries kept him from reaching his full potential while at Georgia. If Ratledge can stay healthy, he'll be a great piece in the rushing attack that shredded opponents last season.
61st Overall - Maxwell Hairston - Washington Commanders - Kentucky
This offseason the Commanders spent most of their resources on the offense signing and trading for pieces that will help Jayden Daniels prevent a Sophomore slump. While the team looks to improve on the other side of the football, Maxwell Hairston has all the traits to be a star cornerback in the NFL. Hairston excels in shallow zones while his speed will help him excel when tested deep in man coverage.
64th Overall - Princely Umanmielen - Philadelphia Eagles - Ole Miss
As Josh Sweat leaves the Eagles, the team once again has a need at edge rusher in this Draft. Based on production alone, Umanmielen has what it takes to be a key piece for the Eagles after recording 17.5 sacks the past two seasons and 26.5 sacks in his career. Add in the explosiveness Umanmielen has and he's a solid fit opposite Nolan Smith rushing off the edge for the Eagles.
65th Overall - Emery Jones - New York Giants - LSU
The New York Giants have been searching for solutions to their offensive line issues for years with little to no success in the draft. As the team appears to be moving former first round pick Evan Neal to guard, Emery Jones could be the next player the team takes a swing on as their next right tackle. Jones has the size to be a great offensive tackle in the NFL and with some time to develop behind the Giants veterans, he could become a cornerstone on the offensive line.
71st Overall - Isaiah Bond - New Orleans Saints - Texas
The New Orleans Saints need as many young talent pieces as possible as they balance an aging roster and salary cap issues. Isaiah Bond can help the Saints stretch the field and they're betting on his talent as he entered the year as a projected first round pick but, dealt with injuries. Bond has had some late off the field issues emerge close to the draft which may impact his draft stock.
74th Overall - Bradyn Swinson - Carolina Panthers - LSU
After trading away Brian Burns last offseason, the Carolina Panthers are back in the market for elite pass rushers. After having a breakout season at LSU, Bradyn Swinson has gone from a relative unknown to one of the best edge rushers in the class. Swinson showed he has the potential to be a 10+ sack per year edge rusher which is what the Carolina Panthers need to add.
79th Overall - TJ Sanders - Houston Texans - South Carolina
While the majority of the Texans' draft capital will be spent on their offensive line, the team does have a need at defensive tackle. While the team has solid pass rushers off the edge, TJ Sanders can bring solid run defending to the table which makes him an instant impact player with upside. Being on the Texans' defensive line will help as he develops as a pass rusher as Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson will draw the double teams.
80th Overall - Jared Wilson - Indianapolis Colts - Georgia
This offseason the Indianapolis Colts lost one of the key pieces of their team as long time Center Ryan Kelly signed with the Minnesota Vikings. The Colts still have a solid veteran offensive line but, the team can improve while getting younger by selecting Jared Wilson. The Bulldogs center is an elite athlete which makes up for the fact that he's undersize but, he's a solid pass protector and great when he's out in space.
86th Overall - Kyle Kennard - Los Angeles Chargers - South Carolina
As the Chargers look to get younger at edge rusher after releasing Joey Bosa, Kyle Kennard is a player that should be circled by the Chargers front office. After a productive career at Georgia Tech, Kennard transferred to South Carolina where he exploded for 11.5 sacks. As Kennard continues to develop his arsenal of moves he'll quickly become a key pass rusher for the Chargers.
87th Overall - Dylan Fairchild - Green Bay Packers - Georgia
As the Packers begin to pay some of their young stars, the team will need to get in early on offensive linemen on rookie deals to keep Jordan Love healthy. Dylan Fairchild brings the ability to play guard or tackle for the team along with solid technique. Fairchild's intensity in the rushing attack will open holes for Josh Jacobs while he's a solid pass protector with a high floor.
89th Overall - Gunnar Helm - Houston Texans - Texas
This offseason the Houston Texans made it clear that they're going to get younger on offense trading away veteran pieces of the offensive line and allowing Stefon Diggs to walk in free agency. Next offseason could see the Texans use their out in Dalton Schultz contract to continue to get younger and cheaper on offense. Gunnar Helm isn't the biggest athletic freak in this year's draft class but, he can be a reliable safety blanket for CJ Stroud while being a difference maker in the rushing attack.
90th Overall - Deone Walker - Los Angeles Rams - Kentucky
After landing solid pieces off the edge last draft, the Rams will only continue to load up on the defensive line. Deone Walker is a monster at 6 feet 7 who can eat up multiple blocks like Aaron Donald used to do, but in a different way. Walker was likely a first-round pick before this season, but playing through injury didn't help, as Walker didn't have the best season.
92nd Overall - Omarr Norman-Lott - Seattle Seahawks - Tennessee
After making the jump to the SEC, Omarr Norman-Lott proved he can be an effective pass rusher with 9.5 sacks in two seasons. The Seahawks need depth with interior defensive linemen in their 3-4 defense, and his game fits the system. Norman-Lott can give the team a ton of help as a pass rusher, and as the team gets him to bulk up, he can easily become a reliable run defender.
94th Overall - Cameron Williams - Cleveland Browns - Texas
The Cleveland Browns have a ton of notable needs on the roster, but offensive tackle is the one not being talked about enough. Both starting offensive tackles Jack Conklin and Dawand Jones, have struggled to stay on the field, which is a red flag. Williams only played one season for Texas but, his potential is going to be very appealing to a team like the Browns in the middle of a rebuild.
96th Overall - Zy Alexander - Philadelphia Eagles - LSU
Last year the Philadelphia Eagles started to rebuild their secondary selecting Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. As the team continues to move on from veteran defensive backs, the Eagles continue to stack rookie deals in the secondary dra, fting Zy Alexander. By adding Zy Alexander, the Eagles land a cornerback that can play on the outside opposite Mitchell allowing DeJean to excel in his role at nickel.
97th Overall - Andrew Mukuba - Minnesota Vikings - Texas
As Harrison Smith continues to age, the Vikings will need to find a young athletic safety to play opposite the veteran. Mukuba stands out as a great fit with the ability to play solid coverage as a deep safety, which will allow Smith to disrupt play in the box.
98th Overall - Shemar Turner - Miami Dolphins - Texas A&M
The Dolphins need young cheap talent, especially on the defense, where the team continues to lose key pieces due to salary cap issues. Shemar Turner is a player who can come in right away on his rookie deal and help the Dolphins as they look to improve this offseason. Turner can generate pressure all over the defensive line which will give the team plenty to work with as they build a new foundation.
105th Overall - Quinn Ewers - New York Giants - Texas
After passing on quarterbacks earlier in the Draft, the New York Giants end Quinn Ewers' slide taking him 105th overall. The Giants drafting Quinn Ewers gives the team a young quarterback with promise to develop behind the veteran duo of Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. Ewers played through injuries which hampered him and ultimately hurt his draft stock but, with time to sit behind two veterans developing, he'll end up better for it.
107th Overall - Billy Bowman - Jacksonville Jaguars - Oklahoma
As the Jaguars continue to add young pieces to a solid core on their defense, drafting Billy Bowman would be a solid piece. Bowman primarily plays safety but, with solid ability in man and zone coverage allows the team plenty of options for how they can deploy Bowman which will help the team in obvious passing downs.
113th Overall - Demetrius Knight Jr - San Francisco 49ers - South Carolina
The 49ers will need to replace Dre Greenlaw at linebacker while adding players who can play right away as the team is looking to win now. Knight comes to the NFL with a ton of experience playing in a ton of systems playing for three different teams. Knight's ability in coverage will fit in nicely next to Fred Warner while his ability blitzing will give the team another way to create pressure.
118th Overall - Smael Mondon Jr - Atlanta Falcons - Georgia
One lesson every team should take is that if Georgia has an off ball linebacker in the class, he'll become a key piece for any team. Smael Mondon Jr fits the mold with multiple seasons starting for the Bulldogs but, his injury this season has hurt his draft stock. Mondon's athleticism and ability in coverage will fit in nicely next to Kaden Elliss who's a tackling machine.
124th Overall - Dont'e Thornton Jr - Green Bay Packers - Tennessee
The Packers young receiving core adds an exciting piece each season and Dont'e Thornton Jr should be the next addition. At 6 foot 4, Thornton not only has the size to be a massive weapon for Jordan Love but, his explosiveness and ability to stretch an opposing defense will make him a favorite weapon for Jordan Love. Thornton will need to show he can run an expanded route tree but, as a deep threat alone he'll give the team a massive impact.
127th Overall - Danny Stutsman - Los Angeles Rams - Oklahoma
The Rams have found building blocks on the defensive line and in the secondary building a young and exciting defense and as they continue to build this core linebacker is the next priority. Here, the Rams take a swing on a tackling machine landing Oklahoma's Danny Stutsman. While Stutsman isn't the incredible athlete teams will fall in love with, his feel for the game and ability to make plays in the backfield will keep him in the NFL for a long time.
136th Overall - Garrett Dellinger - Baltimore Ravens - LSU
This offseason was unkind to the Baltimore Ravens' offensive line as the team lost another starting guard in free agency. As the team looks to rebuild some of the depth up front that it has lost over the years, Garrett Dellinger fits the Ravens' need. LSU's offensive line showed serious cracks when Dellinger was lost to injury, as he's a high-IQ player with the traits and tools to grow into an NFL starter.
138th Overall - Sai'Vion Jones - San Francisco 49ers - LSU
The 49ers seemed poised to land their next edge rusher in free agency when Joey Bosa was released by the Chargers but, he instead signed with Buffalo. The team will now look to hit on a pick later in the draft to help with their salary cap issues, Sai'Vion Jones makes a ton of sense. Jones has the size and the production to fit the part while his physical style of play makes him a talented run defender.
140th Overall - JJ Pegues - Carolina Panthers - Ole Miss
As the Carolina Panthers continue to bulk up on the defensive line, Ole Miss' JJ Pegues would be a solid pick on day three of the draft. Pegues is an athletic and powerful defensive lineman after transitioning from tight end to defensive tackle. Pegues can line up all over on the inside and will only get better as he refines his technique and the Panthers get the added benefit of his ability as a short yardage back.
141st Overall - Miles Frazier - Tennessee Titans - LSU
The Titans went all in during free agency bringing in massive pieces on the offensive line to help protect the presumed 1st overall pick Cam Ward. Later on in the draft, the Titans will need to take some swings on offensive linemen on rookie deals to help build around Ward. Miles Frazier is the perfect fit as a player with the experience and the ability to play guard or tackle at the NFL level.
143rd Overall - Dylan Sampson - Las Vegas Raiders - Tennessee
If the Raiders don't end up using a top ten selection on a running back, we'll likely see the team take several swings in the middle of the draft looking to find their next key piece at running back. In a loaded draft class, Dylan Sampson is flying under the radar after rushing for 1,491 yards and 22 touchdowns this season leading Tennessee to the College Football Playoff. Sampson can come in right away and help take some of the pressure off of Geno Smith as the Raiders look to retool this roster.
146th Overall - Isaac TeSlaa - New Orleans Saints - Arkansas
As the Saints look to add elite playmakers to an offense that needs a ton of help, they'll take some swings, one of which should be on Isaac TeSlaa. TeSlaa is an elite athlete with size at 6 feet 3 but only played one season in Division 1 football. While TeSlaa has size, he's lined up the most in the slot and will need to develop his game to make a move outside.
155th Overall - Malachi Moore - Miami Dolphins - Alabama
The biggest loss in free agency for the Miami Dolphins was losing star safety Jevon Holland to the New York Giants. As the team considers trading other veteran pieces like Jalen Ramsey, they're going to need to add an influx of young talent into the defense. Malachi Moore comes with a ton of experience having played traditional safety as well as Nick Saban's hybrid star role which can transition Moore nicely into a role as a nickel.
161st Overall - Tim Smith - Philadelphia Eagles - Alabama
The Eagles will need to start drafting to replenish some of the depth they've lost on the interior defensive line over the past few seasons, like Milton Williams, who left in free agency. Tim Smith has been a rotational piece for the Crimson Tide since his Freshman season, bringing enough experience to make an impact early on. Smith will need to improve as a pass rusher but he's an elite tackler with the ability to take on double teams.
164th Overall - Jared Ivey - Philadelphia Eagles -Ole Miss
In Day Three of the draft, teams are basing their selection on traits and upside, which is something Howie Roseman finds in every draft. Jared Ivey is a typical Howie Roseman pick as he's an edge rusher with length and explosiveness, disrupting both the run and pass games. If the Eagles can get Ivey and improve his technique, it'll be a solid pickup for the team.
171st Overall - Jake Majors - Dallas Cowboys - Texas
The Dallas Cowboys will need to begin piecing their offensive line back together as the team has lost several massive pieces on their front five. Jake Majors can come in and help the Cowboys get younger on the offensive line while moving Cooper Beebe back to his original position of guard. Majors' experience will allow him to come in and play immediately if he's up to the task physically which will lock the Cowboys line in place.
177th Overall- Jamon Dumas-Johnson - Buffalo Bills - Kentucky
The Buffalo Bills have a solid linebacker core but, Matt Milano is beginning to age, and the team needs to land a player behind him to develop as injury insurance. Jamon Dumas-Johnson is the physical downhill linebacker who changes the dynamic of the game when he's playing in the box. The area where the bills will need to develop, Dumas-Johnson, is in coverage that the team could easily mask.
178th Overall - Que Robinson - Tennessee Titans - Alabama
After building up their offense, the Titans will need to start adding talent to their defensive front. Que Robinson from Alabama is an intriguing prospect as he's a versatile edge rusher with a ton of athletic ability. The concern and knock on Robinson is over his size and lack of experience which won't allow him to make as much of an impact early on.
190th Overall - Cam Jackson - Los Angeles Rams - Florida
As the Rams continue to infuse youth into their defense, the team needs to address the interior defensive line. Cam Jackson is a massive defensive tackle at 6-foot-6 and 328 pounds which gives him the size to be a productive player in the NFL. Jackson will need to develop as a pass rusher but, he's best at stuffing the run which will make him a piece that can stick around long term.
197th Overall - Jarquez Hunter - Denver Broncos - Auburn
The Denver Broncos went running back by committee last season but, none of the players in the room performed as the team would've hoped. In this draft, the Broncos will take several swings on running backs hoping to find players to take pressure off of Bo Nix. Jarquez Hunter has been a starter in the SEC for 4 years, and while he's at his best as a runner, he's shown flashes when involved as a receiver to be a productive receiver at the next level.
208th Overall - Raheim Sanders - Denver Broncos - South Carolina
Continuing on the Broncos need to add a few talented running backs to their room, they turn around and add Raheim Sanders right after Jarquez Hunter. While Hunter has been a bruiser inside, Raheim Sanders is a home run threat at running back and a great compliment to Hunter's game. Sanders' injuries in the past will be a concern but, he's bounced back nicely and proved he can be a productive receiver this season.
209th Overall - Jaydon Blue - Los Angeles Chargers - Texas
The Chargers had to reshape their running back room this offseason as JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards left in free agency while the team signed Najee Harris. Given how much Jim Harbaugh likes to run the ball, the Chargers will add running back talent in the draft. Jaydon Blue is an explosive playmaker and while he's great running the ball, his ability as a receiver makes him a great compliment to Najee Harris.
218th Overall - Jason Marshall - Atlanta Falcons - Florida
The Atlanta Falcons need to continue retooling their defense especially as they'll have to navigate the impact of Kirk Cousins salary cap hit. The Falcons can take a late swing at a premium position drafting a cornerback with a ton of experience in Jason Marshall. The Florida cornerback has 4 seasons of experience playing against some of the best receivers in the Country which will help with his transition to the NFL.
219th Overall - Antwane Wells Jr - New York Giants - Ole Miss
The New York Giants have a packed wide receiver room but, as the team looks to continue to get younger, Antwane Wells Jr can make an impact. Wells makes a massive impact after the catch and has reliable hands but, his biggest impact could be as a deep threat where he's shown talent and could mesh well with Russell Wilson's deep ball.
228th Overall - Johnny Walker - Detroit Lions - Missouri
On day three of the NFL Draft, there will be few edge rushers with as much talent and production as Johnny Walker. This season, Johnny Walker led Missouri with 9.5 sacks which along with his ability to rush from multiple positions opened the eyes of NFL Draft scouts. Walker not attending the NFL Combine hurt his draft stock but, a team like the Lions won't shy away from adding talent off the edge.
230th Overall - Tonka Hemmingway - Carolina Panthers - South Carolina
While Tonka Hemmingway is undersized for the position and not one of the best athletes at defensive tackle, Tonka Hemmingway shows up and impresses on film. The Carolina Panthers have one of the best defensive tackles in Derrick Brown which would help a player like Tonka Hemmingway early on but, the team needs to add depth on the defensive line.
246th Overall - Trevor Etienne - New York Giants - Georgia
The New York Giants struck gold last year in the NFL Draft, landing running back Tyrone Tracy Jr on Day 3 who gave the team an impressive season. While Tracy will be the team's lead back, Trevor Etienne has the vision and a better ability running between the tackles as his ability to set up blocks will be massive at the NFL level.
251st Overall - Nazir Stackhouse - Kansas City Chiefs - Georgia
As Georgia continues to develop superstar defensive linemen year over year, one team will take a chance on Nazir Stackhouse late in the draft and they'll get an early contributor. Stackhouse will be at his best in the NFL as a nose tackle which the Chiefs can use when they decide to give Chris Jones a play or two off.
255th Overall - Ja'Quinden Jackson - Cleveland Browns - Arkansas
The Cleveland Browns are starting to get younger at the running back position as Nick Chubb is currently a free agent. While the Browns don't need a starting caliber running back, the team could use a developmental piece in the room. Ja'Quinden Jackson has elite size and traits but, injuries kept him from reaching his peak.
256th Overall - Andrew Armstrong - Los Angeles Chargers - Arkansas
As the Chargers look to surround Justin Herbert with weapons, landing Andrew Armstrong in the 7th round of the draft could be one of the biggest steals. Armstrong has posted two massive seasons at Arkansas catching 78 passes for 1,140 yards and a touchdown this season. Getting a receiver with Armstrong's production and size in the room could give Justin Herbert a great target that has only improved as of late.
