On Sunday, the official bracket for the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament was set as South Carolina won a coin toss tie breaker to earn the Top Seed in the SEC Tournament. The Women's SEC Tournament is set to begin on Wednesday March 5th and will run through Sunday March 9th leading into "Selection Sunday" where the NCAA Tournament Bracket will be set on the Women's side.

Matchups, Teams, and Tournament Byes

Unlike several other conferences, every team in the SEC makes the Conference Tournament which makes for a more entertaining week. Texas A&M faces Tennessee, Arkansas faces Georgia, Missouri faces Mississippi State, and Auburn faces Florida on Wednesday to open the tournament.

South Carolina, Texas, LSU, and Kentucky earned Top Four seeds which gives them two byes which means their tournament begins in the Quarterfinals. Oklahoma, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Vanderbilt earned first round bye starting their Tournament runs in the second round.

Locations:

The SEC Tournament brings every team to Greenville, South Carolina as they fight for the SEC Tournament Championship. The games will be played in the Bon Secours Wellness Arena which was one of two regional hosts during the 2023 Women's NCAA Tournament.

How to Watch the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament

The first two rounds of the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament will be broadcast on SEC Network which is a part of ESPN's Network Offerings. Starting in the quarterfinals, half of the games will be broadcast on the SEC Network while half will be broadcast on ESPN. Both games in the Semifinals and the SEC Tournament Championship Game will be broadcast on ESPN.
