If anyone has a case that the NFL should remodel how Pro Bowl Teams and All Pro selections are done it's Brian Thomas Jr with far and away the best case. After earlier this month Brian Thomas Jr was snubbed from making the Pro Bowl, he was disrespected once again as he was left off of the Associated Press' NFL First and Second Team All Pro teams.

The receivers that made both teams are Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase, Amon-Ra St Brown, Terry McLaurin, Ceedee Lamb, and AJ Brown.

The two players there's no argument over are Ja'Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson with Chase finishing with the wide receiver triple crown and Justin Jefferson finishing second in receiving. After Chase and Jefferson, there's no one that had a better season than Brian Thomas Jr.

Brian Thomas Jr's 87 catches for 1,282 yards and 10 touchdowns ranks him third in the league in yards, in a tie for 6th in touchdowns, and in a tie for 16th in catches. Between Ceedee Lamb, Amon-Ra St Brown, Terry McLaurin, and AJ Brown only McLaurin and St Brown have more touchdowns with 12 and 13 respectively.

Thomas has put together this incredible season while dealing with underwhelming quarterback play the entire season. Terry McLaurin has done it with the Rookie of the Year at Quarterback, Jared Goff has been incredible for St Brown, and the others have had far better quarterback play than Thomas.

The All-Pro team is designed to honor the best players at their position during that season, to argue that Thomas wasn't the best six wide receivers this year is incorrect. The stats clearly show that Thomas has had one of the six best seasons easily so the fact that he wasn't named to the All Pro team is a disgrace.
