The NFL Coaching Carousel is one of the most hectic periods in football as Coaches take new jobs and leave old ones bringing in new coaches and personnel. The hottest name in this year's Coaching search was Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson as he's been a top candidate the past few offseasons.

This week, Ben Johnson finally left the Lions taking the Head Coaching job for the Divisional Rival Chicago Bears.

The decision to hire an offensive minded Head Coach comes just a year after the Bears selected Caleb Williams first overall. As Johnson hopes to develop Caleb Williams there's a few areas on the offense that need to be improved to get the most out of the first overall pick.

The biggest concern for the Bears is protecting their young quarterback who was sacked 68 times this season. The Bears have a Right Tackle in Darnell Wright but, they need to protect Williams' Blindside. No one understands how important the offensive line is quite like Ben Johnson who had elite tackles in Penei Sewell and Taylor Decker during his time with the Lions.

The two biggest Head Coaching candidates landing in New England with Mike Vrabel and Ben Johnson in Detroit has been incredible news for LSU Offensive Tackle Will Campbell.

Heading into the Offseason, Will Campbell was a projected Top Ten pick but, also was projected to fall out of the top ten in Mock Drafts. Now as Mike Vrabel looks to protect and build around his young quarterback while Ben Johnson needs to get most out of his, two teams in the top ten will put an emphasis on building up their offensive lines.

The Patriots, Jaguars, Saints, and Bears are now potential landing spots for Will Campbell in the Top Ten as he looks to become LSU's first offensive tackle to be taken in the First Round of the Draft.
