This weekend, LSU was given a tough test going on the road to take on the Arkansas Razorbacks. While Arkansas is unranked, they're a tough test for any team as we saw a few weeks ago when they upset the Tennessee Volunteers.

From the start, LSU handled their business marching down the field scoring on the opening drive on a 22 yard touchdown by Caden Durham. Arkansas' first drive gave LSU a quick scare as they moved the football down he field but, missed a field goal before LSU would extend its lead to 10 on a Damian Ramos field goal which gave LSU all the confidence it could need.

The entire night LSU felt in control of this game outside of in the second quarter when Arkansas cut LSU's lead to six.

The defense was unbelievable the entire night allowing just ten points which allowed the offense plenty of relief as they settled for a few too many field goals. The Tigers sacked Taylen Green three times while forcing two fumbles with the Tigers recovering both. The Tigers also got an interception which led directly to a touchdown on an unreal play by Whit Weeks.

On offense, Garrett Nussmeier didn't need to do a ton yet he finished the game 22 of 33 passing for 224 yards. CJ Daniels had his best game in the Purple and Gold thus far catching seven passes for 86 yards while his numbers could've been even more impressive if he didn't get interfered with on a deep ball from Garrett Nussmeier.

Kyren Lacy's six catches for 49 yards won't jump off the page but, he drew multiple pass interference calls as Arkansas struggled to guard him all night.

Once again, the star of the game on offense was running back Caden Durham who rushed for 101 yards and three touchdowns as his incredible freshman year continues. When you look back on LSU's struggles to run the ball against USC you have to wonder what could've been if LSU used Durham in that game.

On defense as LSU continues to emerge one player emerges as Whit Weeks is a true star for LSU. Weeks recorded nine tackles, a sack, a tackle for a loss, and an interception as he was all over the field for LSU.

LSU continues to just handle its business which is great

This was a game that LSU should've won, and the Tigers did which is great for where this team is looking to go. As teams across the country continue to take massive losses, LSU is rounding into from and is now on a six-game win streak. The best thing about this LSU Football team is that they're hitting their stride at the perfect time as they continue to look better and better each week.
