After LSU won their game tonight meaning they'll stick in the top ten of the AP and Coaches Poll the next step was finding out when they'll play next weekend. Given that LSU and Texas A&M are both likely to remain top 15 teams while teams like Alabama and Texas lost their luster this weekend, LSU will once again get to play the Night Game against Texas A&M.

The Tigers and the Aggies will face off on ABC and ESPN + at 6:30 PM Central Time or 7:30 Eastern Time.

Given the results of Saturday, this matchup between LSU and Texas A&M has a meaning no one would have expected after both teams lost in Week One as the winner will be the last unbeaten team in SEC play giving the sole possession of first place in the SEC.

This game now suddenly could be the front runner as the host for College Football Gameday while Notre Dame Vs Navy at MetLife Stadium or SMU vs Duke are two other solid options.

If Gameday goes to College Station, it will be the second time that LSU has been one of the featured teams on Gameday as they were on the road against South Carolina for Gameday. This game being one of the primetime games and a contender for College Gameday is miraculous after how these teams looked in Week One and the injuries they dealt with which is a testament to the Coaching Staffs.
