Starting on Thursday February 27th, the Top NFL Draft Prospects will take the field in Indianapolis for the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine. The event can make or break a Draft Prospects draft stock as all 32 teams dissect every aspect of a players game. The LSU Football Program had eight players invited to the NFL Combine but, three have the most to gain or lose in Indianapolis.

Will Campbell - Offensive Tackle

While most of the NFL Draft prospects in this class have been in front of scouts at one of the NFL Draft Showcase Bowls, Will Campbell has not been. At the NFL Draft teams with holes on the offensive line will be scouting Will Campbell and Kelvin Banks as one of the two will be the first offensive tackle selected. The biggest things NFL teams will be looking for is out of Will Campbell's control as one of the biggest points against him has been the length of his arms. A strong combine will result in Campbell being a top five pick while even the slightest bit of doubt could lead to a significant slide.

Mason Taylor - Tight End

At the Reese's Senior Bowl it was a showcase for the Tight Ends as several players put themselves in the conversation to be drafted behind Tyler Warren. During the NFL Combine, Scouts and General Managers will continue to dissect the Tight End class especially as all of the Top Players will be at the same event rather than the showing from the Senior Bowl. At the Combine, Mason Taylor can solidify himself as a second round pick with a great showing or he can end up sliding a bit as there's truly too many talented tight ends in this class to overcome a shaky showing at the Combine.

Zy Alexander - Cornerback

The On-Field film for Zy Alexander speaks for itself and after what he showed during the 2024 season, he has himself in the conversation to be a Day Two selection. The part of the combine that will be most important for Zy Alexander is the medical testing as he tore his ACL in 2023 and suffered an inury at the East West Shrine Bowl. A good week on and off the field could make Zy Alexander as 2nd round pick but, a rough week could spell trouble for Alexander's Draft Stock.
