The biggest question heading into the weekend for the LSU Football team was the health of some of the team's key starters. Caden Durham and CJ Daniels both entered the game as probable which gave LSU fans concerns as the Tigers needed all the weapons possible as the offense struggles. The most pressing issue was on the offensive line as Garrett Dellinger and Miles Frazier both were ruled questionable for the game.
As Garrett Dellinger has missed time after undergoing tightrope surgery on his ankle the Tigers offense has been on a steep downturn. The veteran has masked a ton of LSU's issues up the middle which were worsened when Miles Frazier suffered an ankle injury against Florida. While both are incredible run blockers, the losses have actually hurt the Tigers more in pass protection as opposing defenses have sent pressure up the middle.
Caden Durham and CJ Daniels will play as is expected as they've played through the same injury the majority of this season. Having Durham in the lineup gives LSU an explosive playmaker at running back and an option in the passing game for Garrett Nussmeier.
The Tigers won't get Garrett Dellinger back this weekend which is a massive blow for LSU's offensive line. We'll likely see Paul Mubenga filling in like he has the past two weeks while it wouldn't be a surprise to see Tyree Adams getting some snaps at Left Guard.
The LSU Football team does get some positive news as right guard Miles Frazier is back in the lineup after missing most of LSU's game against Florida. The Tigers needed all the help they can get up front and they'll have Frazier helping out on the interior.
LSU will be without rotational/special teams pieces defensive back JK Johnson and defensive tackle Jalen Lee.
