As LSU hopes to receive his commitment in the next two weeks, LSU does have Travin Dural, Quantavius Leslie, Avery Peterson (former LSU All-American Patrick Peterson’s younger brother) and John Diarse, all of whom were four-star recruits before coming to Baton Rouge.

The latter two redshirted while Leslie and Dural combined for one and seven receptions apiece last year and two touchdowns. They will see a much larger opportunity to showcase themselves this year as will incoming freshman Trey Quinn, D.J. Chark and Tony Upchurch.

The position battles at wide receiver will be interesting in spring practice and into fall camp with a number of young targets jockeying for reps.
