LSU Football: 5 ways to pass the time this fall if college football is canceled

Perfect those cooking skills
I fancy myself an amateur cook. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and seeing what kind of dishes I can come up with.
Unfortunately, I usually don’t get a lot of time to get creative. Dinner plans are usually rushed. There’s plenty of takeout and quick, go-to meals that don’t take a lot of thought or effort.
I always plan to spend Saturdays in the fall smoking some meat all day. But writing about college football for a living means my attention has to be all-in on the games — even if I’m not actually at a game (believe it or not, I prefer being at home at this point, it’s much easier to get things done).
If I suddenly have months of gorgeous Saturdays without plans, it could mean some fun times with the smoker/grill.
Admittedly, I was a bit inspired by FanSided’s own Michael Collins. He’s currently on vacation and he’s been cooking up some delightful looking dishes.
Yeah, I gotta get on Michael’s level.
