3. Joe Brady — Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator

Joe Brady is one of the main reasons the Tigers went 15-0 in 2019. His contributions to the offensive play calling helped unlock an elite LSU offense that dominated college football the entire season.

Brady, however, is an NFL guy. He was in the NFL with the New Orleans Saints for two years before coming to Baton Rouge in 2019. Brady used the LSU job as a springboard to an NFL gig — which he landed quickly after the 2019 season.

The former LSU passing game coordinator received head coaching interviews with NFL teams last offseason. I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s an NFL head coach after the 2021 season. There’s zero reason for him to return to the college game as a head coach.
