We asked LSU Football fans for their predictions regarding Week 4 vs. Arkansas on Saturday night. Suffice it to say, most Tigers fans are feeling confident.

LSU Football is back in Death Valley for a Saturday night clash with the Arkansas Razorbacks. On paper, both teams appear headed in opposite directions. There’s restored optimism surrounding the Tigers following their Week 3 blowout win at Mississippi State. Conversely, the vibe isn’t great around the Razorbacks football program.

Arkansas cruised to a 2-0 start before dropping a home game to BYU last week. The sportsbooks noticed and listed LSU as 17 to 17.5-point favorites. Indeed, the house expects the Tigers to win the Battle of the Boot easily.

A lot of LSU Football fans agree.

We asked LSU Football fans for their Week 4 vs. Arkansas predictions on the Death Valley Voice social media accounts. It did not take long to notice a trend.

“37-14 LSU” -Eric H.

”41-17” -Ted B.

”56-17 LSU Tigers” -Michael A.

”LSU 55-7” -Scott C.

“LSU 40-14” -Cathy M.

”LSU 42 Arkansas 17” -Rodney J.

”48-13 LSU” -Alex F.

Many LSU Football fans who commented with their final score prediction believe the Tigers will score over 40 points while the Hogs are left in the teens.

Many Bayou Bengals faithful are cautiously approaching Saturday night in Death Valley. Such includes Eddie C., who commented, “it’s [going] to be a lot closer than some people think.”

We agree with Eddie and predicted an LSU win with a 35-24 final score.

There is no question that the Tigers are the better come Saturday night. However, LSU was the superior squad in 2022 but escaped Fayetteville with a 13-10 win in a game that was void of KJ Jefferson. Jefferson is back on the field and always a threat to make it a long day for an opposing defense.

All rules and expectations are thrown out for rivalry games. The Battle for the Boot is an intense rivalry game that does not consider how good teams are on paper, what they did the week prior, or their current record.

Nevertheless, we remain confident that LSU Football will jump out to an early lead and control all four quarters against the Hogs.
