Lane Kiffin is wasting no time in bringing talent with him from Oxford to Baton Rouge. Kiffin was announced as LSU's next head coach on Sunday, and now flipped three former Rebel commits to LSU.

Kiffin's most recent Ole Miss to LSU flip is 4-star WR Corey Barber, who announced his commitment to the Tigers early Wednesday morning.

Lane Kiffin continues to flip Ole Miss commits to LSU
Hailing from Pinson, Alabama, Barber is ranked by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 8 player in the state of Alabama and the No. 25 wide receiver in the country. He took an official visit to Ole Miss in the spring back on April 25, and committed to Kiffin and the Rebels a short time later on May 9.
Barber owns a 6' 0.5" 180-pound frame and his skill set includes a great mix of speed, versatility, and athleticism. He put together a monster junior season at Clay-Chalkville High School last season, racking up 74 catches for 1,429 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Barber is the third former Ole Miss commit to flip to LSU over the last few days in the wake of Kiffin's hiring. Other Ole Miss to LSU flips that Kiffin has landed include 4-star TE JC Anderson and 3-star IOL Ryan Miret.
LSU currently has the No. 12 recruiting class in the country for 2026 according to 247Sports. Brian Kelly never had a recruiting class outside the top-10 in his LSU tenure, and Kiffin is working to improve LSU's ranking.
Anderson, Miret, and Barber are the first three recruits to follow Kiffin from Ole Miss to LSU, and they may not be the last. Kiffin is a skilled recruiter who put together the No. 16 class in the country during the last cycle at Ole Miss. As he continues to bring in talent, Tiger fans are excited to see where LSU's 2026 class ranks in the end.
