The LSU Tigers hold the Nation's fourth ranked recruiting class as Brian Kelly and his staff have built an incredible recruiting class. The class is heavily bolstered by its three five star recruits quarterback Bryce Underwood, Cornerback DJ Pickett, and Running Back Harlem Berry. While Bryce Underwood and Harlem Berry have been rock solid in their commitments, LSU fans have been worried about losing Pickett.

The Tigers fans were worried about DJ Pickett flipping as he's an out of state commitment with family ties at Miami. The Hurricanes were expecting DJ Pickett on campus for the second time this weekend however, he never made it for the game.

As the LSU Tigers lost this weekend while Miami dominated, it could've been easy to see a crack where Miami could've swooped in to flip Pickett. However, after spending the Weekend in Miami, DJ Pickett's Instagram story should calm LSU's nerves.

Pickett shared a countdown with the date being Early Signing Day and rather than titling the countdown Early Signing Day he titled it Florida to Louisiana while he's wearing LSU gloves in the picture.

The countdown isn't a guarantee that Pickett will sign with LSU but, its a positive sign for LSU after a tough weekend. Getting a player of Pickett's caliber onto campus is massive as he could start for LSU as a true freshman at cornerback or safety and even wide receiver as he's that talented.

The Tigers plan to get DJ Pickett on campus for the Alabama game and a win would be massive for LSU in both its current season and in its recruiting efforts as Pickett and tons of other recruits will be on campus.
