While the sports world has been focusing in on the NCAA Tournament and the MLB starting this week, it remains an important time in College Football. The LSU Tigers remain in Spring Practice this week and the Tigers hosted scouts and GM around the NFL for the Tigers Pro Day. While LSU's team practices, the Tigers coaching staff continues their recruiting push lookng to build on the Nation's top recruiting class.
Leaving the weekend, four news stories stand out and will certainly continue to bubble up over the next few months.
LSU commit Tristen Keys visits Texas A&M
When LSU landed a commitment from the Nation's top-ranked wide receiver, Tristen Keys, it immediately reminded LSU of the recruitment of Dakorien Moore. After having two five-star commits LSU fans have their radar up and know that no recruitment is over until National Signing Day and even then, it could still end. Last weekend, Tristen Keys popped up on Ole Miss' campus and this weekend, he visited Texas A&M. While LSU holds the commitment from Tristen Keys, this is going to be a long road to National Signing Day as LSU will need to hold off everyone.

LSU hosts elite cornerback Khary Adams
This weekend as LSU continues to surge on the recruiting trail, Corey Raymond hosted one of his top recruiting targets as Khary Adams made his way to campus. Getting Adams on campus was massive as Corey Raymond continues to bring the Nation's top cornerback recruits on campus. After the visit, there is optimism for LSU as On3's Steve Wiltfong reports the Tigers made a strong move for the Maryland native.

LSU named a finalist for elite quarterback Bowe Bentley
While LSU has surged on the recruiting trail, the Tigers haven't been able to land a quarterback in this recruiting class. While LSU has tried to flip several quarterbacks from other schools, the Tigers have had no success and are now looking to land elite quarterback Bowe Bentley. On Sunday, Bowe Bentley named LSU one of his three finalists and set an official visit to LSU.

Will Campbell and Mason Taylor visit the New Orleans Saints
This week saw LSU host its NFL Pro Day bringing NFL scouts, coaches, and general managers to Baton Rouge. One team showed a ton of interest in LSU tackle Will Campbell and LSU tight end Mason Taylor and it was the team in LSU's backyard as the New Orleans Saints hosted both on visits. While both Campbell and Taylor have drawn interest from nearly the entire league, it would be special to see both sticking in Louisiana.
