During Braelin Moore's time at Virginia Tech he started 24 games for the Hokies. In 2023, Moore played guard before moving to Center in 2024 which would give LSU a ton of positional versatility on the interior offensive line.
The Tigers are tasked with replacing four out of five starting offensive linemen as Will Campbell, Emery Jones, Garrett Dellinger, and Miles Frazier with just center DJ Chester returning. Adding a player like Braelin Moore is exactly what LSU should be looking for as they'd add an experienced starter at multiple positions which would allow Brad Davis the ability to mix and match as he sees best fit.
DJ Chester struggled at times this season especially when the experienced starter Garrett Dellinger wasn't playing next to him, Moore at guard could help with that issue. LSU could also kick Chester out to guard while starting Moore at center which would take a ton off of Chester's plate allowing him to worry about less.
The Tigers add three players that have the ability to instantly start at either guard or tackle in Solomon Thomas, Carius Curne, and Tyler Miller in this class. Regardless of whether the True Freshmen return or the returning players win out, LSU will have an inexperienced group up front so adding an experience is vital.
