While the main focus this time of year in college football is the development taking place on the practice field, the Spring is a massive time for recruiting. Each weekend throughout the Spring, College Football programs will host unofficial visits before this Summer brings official visits which is massive when it comes to landing commitments. This weekend was massive for the LSU Football team as the Tigers got several recruits on campus as the Tigers look to push for commitments this summer.

This Summer, LSU will get an intriguing player on campus when Georgia Commit Seven Cloud takes an official visit to LSU.

Seven Cloud is currently committed to Georgia which is one of the most interesting parts of his story. Cloud first committed to Georgia back in 2021 but, is a member of the 2026 recruiting class as he's played at the JUCO level. The Bulldogs will be tough to beat out in this recruitment given the long standing ties.

24/7 Sports' Composite ranks Seven Cloud as the top overall Junior College prospect, the top defensive lineman, and the top player out of Georgia.

Recruiting a player like Seven Cloud over some of the high school defensive tackles is something LSU should look to do especially at defensive tackle. On the defensive line its tough for freshmen to make an instant impact due to the physical maturity of the older players. A player like Seven Cloud could come in and give any SEC team solid snaps on the defensive line. LSU has long looked to get its defensive line back on track and landing a player like Cloud who could help bridge the gap to the younger defensive linemen.

It'll be interesting to see if LSU is able to get Seven Cloud on campus for an unofficial visit as he was being recruited by Bo Davis and LSU's defensive line coach is now Kyle Williams.
