This week the Nation's top Seniors and a few Juniors in College Football are united in Mobile, Alabama at the Reese's Senior Bowl looking to improve their NFL Draft stock with NFL scouts, Coaches, and General Managers all looking on. The Senior Bowl is a make or break event for the draft prospects and a solid week goes further than a solid showing at the combine as the players are in full pads.

Coming into the week, Mason Taylor was an interesting player to project in the NFL Draft as Tyler Warren and Harold Fannin Jr were projected as the clear top two tight ends in the draft class. Mason Taylor came into the week in a debate with Colston Loveland, Gunnar Helm, and Elijah Arroyo as the tight ends looking to be the third tight end on NFL big boards.

Given how Mason Taylor is performing at the Senior Bowl, he may leave the week as the clear third tight end in the class and he could work his way up the board even higher. Taylor has been a standout on both days of practice as he impresses teams as a receiver and as a blocker.

Taylor had one of the highlights of Day Two as he snatched the ankles of Oklahoma safety Billy Bowman during the one on one portion of practice.

The big topic of the day was how incredible Taylor's route running is as he was creating separation the entire day.

Everyone is enamored with the way Mason Taylor has performed in space as he's quickly putting himself in the conversation as the best receiving tight end.

As a blocker, Mason Taylor continues to be his usual self with another impressive performance as a run blocker.

At LSU, Mason Taylor didn't need to run an extended route tree as the offense had weapons like Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr but, as he gets to show his ability as a route runner analysts are enamored.

It's rare to see for a player who was as good as Mason Taylor was in College but, he has the potential to be better in the NFL than he was in college. The Tigers offense didn't need Taylor to do a ton in the receiving game which is reflected in his stats but, at the NFL level teams will lean on his ability. It'll be interesting to see how Taylor finishes the week as he's blown away the NFL scouts through two days.
