The LSU Tigers picked up a 20-10 win over South Carolina in Week 7. It was a game the Tigers had to have, as their schedule the rest of the way is extremely daunting. LSU has a road trip to Nashville this weekend to face to No. 17 Vanderbilt, and still has road tilts at No. 6 Alabama and No. 14 Oklahoma on the remaining schedule.
LSU's biggest remaining home game comes on Oct. 25 when the Tigers host the Texas A&M Aggies. LSU and Texas A&M will kick-off at 6:30 p.m. CT from Tiger Stadium. The game will be broadcast on ABC.

The Tigers will be looking for revenge, as the Aggies defeated LSU by a score of 38-23 at Kyle Field last season. The loss began a 3-game losing streak for LSU, which ultimately killed any hope the team had of competing for an SEC title or a spot in the College Football Playoff. Garrett Nussmeier threw for 405 yards in the loss, but he was asked to throw a whopping 50 passes, completing just 25 of them. He also threw three interceptions, which was a second-high.
So far this season, Texas A&M is looking like arguably the best team in the SEC. The Aggies are off to a 6-0 start for the first time since 2016, and Mike Elko has the program trending in the right direction in Year 2 at the helm. Betting odds for the game have yet to be released. As it stands, ESPN Analytics Matchup Predictor is giving a slight edge to the visitors, as Texas A&M has a 51.4% chance to win.
The home field advantage figures to help LSU, and a late kick-off means Tiger fans will be ready to create a raucous environment. Before LSU battle Texas A&M, it must first take on No. 17 Vanderbilt this Saturday in Nashville. Kick-off for that matchup is slated for 11:00 a.m. CT.
