Thursday was dominated by the recruiting news surrounding Bryce Underwood as news broke that Bryce Underwood was being offered $10.5 Million by Michigan. On Thursday Night, Bryce Underwood shared a graphic stating that he was likely to turn down the offer which set the internet off. LSU fans were elated that the Top Quarterback in the class will stay on board while Michigan fans were torn apart.

The tweets by Michigan fans looked as if the fanbase was going through the Five Stages of Grief.

Denial:

This twitter user places the blame on the people around Bryce Underwood calling Underwood "like the top public school".

This user puts claims out there claiming that Michigan has more program prestige, money, and better academics than LSU not understanding that Michigan has a new staff that has proven nothing to recruits.

Anger:

The Wolverines fans then moved into the anger phase quickly going from Bryce Underwood is the savior into wishing ill will on a High Schooler.

One user declares he's placing a curse on Bryce Underwood claiming he's done this in the past to Caleb Williams. If you told Underwood he'd be cursed into having Caleb Williams career which has resulted in a Heisman and being selected first overall I don't think he'd agree that's a curse.

One Michigan fan just declared simply the Bryce Underwood is now on his hate list.

A Michigan fan at least had the sense that maybe its not the fault of the player but, the fault of the program.

Bargaining:

After just days ago Underwood was going to save Michigan, he now would've cost Michigan games next year.

James Yoder had the idea of adding a "Bryce Fee" to tickets to help up the NIL offer again. If Michigan needs to pay an In-State recruit $25 Million maybe there are other issues that need to be fixed first.

On the bright side, Michigan who has no clear starter for next season will be better off without him.

Depression:

The Wolverines fans then went into depression where they started to reflect on the good times.

One fan put it best that Michigan's attempt to flip Underwood was humiliating as all it did was further show how far the program has fallen without Jim Harbaugh.

Michigan fans quickly started to realize that they're in trouble as they're just weeks from Signing Day with no quarterback as the pursuit of Underwood lost them Carter Smith.

Acceptance:

Late at night, Michigan fans were finally coming to their senses that Bryce Underwood won't be flipping from LSU.

One fan likened the failure to the one Michigan had trying to land Dante Moore as the program just isn't appealing to offensive talent.
