We have officially arrived at the final day of the College Football regular season as the season has flown by. This day will determine several teams College Football Playoff fates while there are plenty of bids to the Conference Championship Games left up for grabs. Wherever you look this weekend, you'll likely see a game with massive implications on the College Football Playoff race.

In Columbus, Ohio, we'll see the 2nd ranked Ohio State Buckeyes facing off against the Michigan Wolverines. Michigan has had a terrible year defending the National Title but, a win this weekend would change the entire outlook of their season. If Michigan finds a way to pull off the shocking upset, it could knock Ohio State out of the Big Ten title game and push them down the Playoff Bracket.

In Nashville, Tennessee, the Tennessee Volunteers need a win to all but, punch their ticket to the College Football Playoff but, standing in their way is the scrappy Vanderbilt Commodores. For Tennessee, you win and you're in all likelihood in the Playoff as an at-large team while a loss would put the Volunteers on the bubble with the three loss SEC teams.

One of the Biggest games of the Weekend takes place in Clemson, South Carolina as the Clemson Tigers host the Gamecocks. Clemson is ranked 12th while South Carolina is ranked 15th and the winner of this game could find themselves as one of the final teams in the Playoff while the loser has no chance at being an at-large team. Clemson has the easier path to the Playoff especially if they miss the ACC Title game while the Gamecocks may need some help.

Penn State hosts Maryland and a win for the Nittany Lions punches their ticket as an at-large team especially as they most likely won't have to play in the Big Ten Championship game.

Out in Los Angeles, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish only need a win over the USC Trojans to punch their ticket to the Playoff as an at-large team. A loss however, could give the Committee something to think about as Notre Dame would have losses to Northern Illinois and USC with a weaker schedule.

The 6th ranked Miami Hurricanes head to Syracuse to take on the Orange with a chance to punch their ticket to the ACC Championship Game. A win gives Miami an incredible chance at making the College Football Playoff race while a loss likely keeps Miami on the outside looking in as Clemson would play in the College Football Playoff.

Down in Dallas, Texas the SMU Mustangs will host Cal looking to remain unbeaten in ACC play. A win for SMU keeps their hopes of being an at-large team alive while a loss won't kill their playoff hopes but, it'll make the ACC Championship Game a must win.

In Tuscaloosa the Alabama Crimson Tide fresh off of a stunning loss to Oklahoma faces off against the Auburn Tigers fresh off of their massive win over Texas A&M. The Crimson Tide are hanging on to slight hopes to make the College Football Playoff as the 13th ranked team in the Country. The Tide will need to win and likely in impressive fashion while getting some help along the way.

In Arizona, the Territorial Cup may determine the race for the Big 12 Championship Game. A win for Arizona State most likely puts the Sun Devils in the Conference Championship game aside from one rare scenario where they miss out due to tiebreakers. A win by Arizona opens the door for teams like Colorado, Kansas State, and Iowa State.

Capping off the afternoon slate is Missouri Vs Arkansas and while it doesn't have playoff implications on the surface, the Tigers remaining in the Top 25 is an important resume piece for several SEC teams.

After years without this matchup, the Texas A&M Aggies will host the Texas Longhorns with a trip to the SEC Championship Game on the line. The Aggies need to win this game to have a chance at the College Football Playoff via winning the SEC Championship while the Longhorns could have a poor resume if they lose this game.

Kansas State will face off against Iowa State on Saturday Night with both teams needing a win to keep their hopes at the Big 12 Title game alive. For the Wildcats to make the Big 12 Title game they'll need to win and they'll need two teams ahead of them to lose, Colorado winning gave K-State no wiggle room needing losses from Arizona State and BYU. With a win Iowa State only needs a win and a loss by BYU, West Virginia, or Arizona or wins by Baylor and Cincinnati.

UNLV has a chance to get itself into a win and in scenario with a win over Nevada as it'll punch their ticket to the Mountain West Championship while also giving them a great chance to make the playoff with a win over Boise State as Tulane lost on Friday.

The BYU Cougars will likely know if they're in a win and in by the time their game kicks off as they'll need to win along with a loss by Iowa State or Arizona State.

This weekend has a ton of chances to give us massive shakeups to the College Football Playoff race and you couldn't have asked for anything else when the Playoff was expanded to 12 teams.
