The LSU Football program is in the midst of a jam packed and important summer of recruiting for both the 2025 and 2026 recruiting classes. Last weekend, the LSU Football team hosted plenty of top recruits while last weekend, this weekend is all about one 2025 recruit.

Last week, Corey Raymond got a ton of help from Patrick Peterson in the recruitment of five-star defensive back DJ Pickett. This week, the LSU Football team got a ton of help from Ja'Marr Chase in the recruitment of Dakorien Moore as Moore spent Wednesday night with Chase prior to his return to Baton Rouge.

The Tigers held a commitment from Dakorien Moore from August of 2023 until May when Moore de-committed from LSU. This weekend will be very important for the LSU Football team as they try to regain a commitment from the Nation's Top Receiver.

Last weekend, the LSU Football team made strong impressions on two other five-star receivers, Jaime Ffrench and Kaliq Lockett. Impressing Moore again will pay dividends for LSU as Jaime Ffrench, Kaliq Lockett, and Dakorien Moore have all discussed teaming up together. If the Tigers can land one of the three there chances will be very strong to land another five-star receiver if not both.

Remind Moore of why he committed to begin with

The LSU Football staff this weekend needs to make Moore feel special and remind him why he committed to the Tigers in the first place. If Moore's goal is to make it to the NFL and as a first-round pick then LSU should point to their history after sending two receivers to the NFL with Brian Thomas Jr and Malik Nabers in the first-round last year. If you look at the NFL over the past ten years what school has had receivers that have outperformed LSU's? Odell Beckham and Jarvis Landry take over the NFL with Beckham becoming the highest-paid receiver. Now, Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase are at the top of the league with Jefferson becoming the highest paid. If LSU's resume isn't good enough, then maybe both sides aren't right for each other.
