Lane Kiffin answers back to Brian Kelly landing the latest jab in a troll war

Before the season started it was all fun and games between Brian Kelly and Lane Kiffin. The Ole Miss head coach took a moment to go on a tangent about how unhealthy Coca-Cola sodas are and it went viral like everything Lane Kiffin does.

The story took off as Coca Cola is one of Ole Miss and Lane Kiffin's sponsors like they are with most of the coaches in the SEC. Well Brian Kelly who has his own deal with Coca Cola caught wind of the video and decided to take his own moment to troll Kiffin and to defend his sponsor.

It seemed for a while that Kelly got the last laugh before the two faced off on the field later this season. Then on Sunday night in Brian Kelly's post-game press conference when expressing his emotion he pounded the table so hard that the Dasani water bottle flew into the air. The moment was all that the twitter expert Kiffin needed as he decided to give Coca Cole one last shoutout.

We'll see who truly gets the last laugh on October 12th when LSU plays host to Ole Miss in a game that may go a long way in deciding who makes it into the College Football Playoff.

The biggest winner in all of this is Coca Cola

When Coca-Cola decided to launch these sponsorships they definitely didn't expect the exposure that the two coaches have brought the brand. Kiffin's tirade about Coke probably wasn't well received but, Brian Kelly's press conference infomercial on Smart water probably made up for it. The picture of Kelly and the bottle of Dasani will be a meme that lives on forever on Twitter which will be a permanent advertisement.
