LSU Football has the Nation's top ranked running back recruiting class

It's not news to anyone but, the LSU Football team is recruiting at an unbelievable level this recruiting cycle. The Tigers are seemingly landing a blue chip recruit on a weekly basis as the class sits third in the Nation and could easily take the top ranking any day now. When you look at this recruiting class its incredibly balanced with five-star and highly ranked four-star commitments on both sides of the football.

The talent on the offensive side of the football is where you start dreaming of what the future can be. The Tigers hold a commitment from the Nation's top recruit quarterback Bryce Underwood and surrounding him is two incredible running backs, three receiver commitments, two massive tight ends, and four of the best offensive line recruits in the country.

At running back, the Tigers haul kind of goes under the radar due to the massive hauls at the other positions. This running back class is actually the best ranked duo in the Country another massive win for LSU.

The duo is headlined by Harlem Berry, who's been one of the biggest recruiters in this class and his rock solid commitment to LSU has been awesome to see. Berry is ranked as the best running back in the class by every service except for 24/7 where he's ranked second. The Tigers are getting a back with legitimate track speed in Berry while he's also becoming an impressive receiver.

The second commit in LSU's running back class is fellow Louisiana Native JT Lindsey. The Tigers identified Lindsey as an underrated recruit and he's since received a proper ranking as the 13th best running back in the class and the 175th best player overall. In Lindsey the Tigers are getting another explosive back with receiving ability giving you an idea of what the Tigers were looking for in this class.

The Wilson's are so valuable to LSU Football

When it comes to top level recruiters in College Football, few are on the same level as Frank Wilson and Sherman Wilson. If there is a top level recruit coming out of Louisiana, you can bet that Frank Wilson will land them especially if they're a running back. According to 24/7 Sports, Frank Wilson has landed Nine Five-Star recruits during his time at LSU which is an unbelievable mark. Since joining the staff, Sherman Wilson has been another recruiting ace for LSU helping the Tigers land players like Berry, Dominick McKinley, and Da'Shawn Womack.
