This week, Lane Kiffin quickly learned that scheduling four far inferior opponents before heading into SEC play isn't a great idea. His offense looked out of sync the entire game despite the fact that they outgained the Wildcats. The Rebels were seen as a potential playoff team, they're now up against it as they still have matchups against South Carolina, LSU, Oklahoma, and Georgia which could spell trouble based on their performance today.

After refusing to go for a 4th down from mid-field against Georgia, Mark Stoops went for 4th and 7 from his own twenty and it paid off as Brock Vandagriff hit Barion Brown for a massive 63-yard gain. This was the biggest win of Mark Stoops' tenure at Kentucky and it should certainly quiet any doubts about him being the Head Coach past 2024.

The LSU Football team hosted the South Alabama Jaguars on Saturday night and handled business dominating the game. The Tigers now head into the bye week before taking on Ole Miss at home and based on how the Rebels played against Kentucky, this should be a game the fans feel much better about. The biggest positive for LSU is that they've found a threat running the ball as Caden Durham was dominant for LSU as a receiver and a runner.

Missouri got to enjoy the bye week this week yet, they still find themselves climbing up the Power Rankings in the SEC. Coming off of the bye, Missouri gets to face Texas A&M who will be in the Top 20 after they knocked off Arkansas in College Station.
