Winner - Colorado Buffaloes

Whether you love Deion Sanders or hate him, you have to admit what he has done with Colorado has been incredible. The Buffaloes are 8-2 on the season and 6-1 in the Big 12 giving them an incredible shot at playing for the Conference Championship and a potential bid for the College Football Playoff.

Travis Hunter is now looking like the front runner for the Heisman Trophy and there are NFL scouts at the games to watch Shedeur Sanders as he's a potential Top Ten Pick at Quarterback. We'll have to see what Deion Sanders is able to do once Shedeur and Travis Hunter leave but, he's taken a program from irrelevance to competing for the College Football Playoff.

Loser - Brian Kelly and LSU's Unraveling

A few weeks ago, LSU was atop the SEC with just one loss on the season and an unbeaten record in the SEC giving the Tigers a great shot at making the College Football Playoff. The Tigers then lost to Texas A&M and Alabama but, had a shot at making the SEC Championship Game because of the new tiebreaker rules.

The only issue was that a Florida team with nothing to play for came out and played harder than an LSU team with a ton to play for. Brian Kelly took a bigger role in the play calling this week and the offense didn't look much better as the Tigers ran 92 plays and held the ball for 41:43 yet they scored just one touchdown.

The Tigers have gone from Playoff Contender to a massive flop over the last few weeks which will lead to some uncomfortable conversations in Baton Rouge. Brian Kelly won't be fired but, he'll have to approach this offseason differently than he ever has.
