The 15th Ranked LSU Tigers will face off against the 11th Ranked Alabama Crimson Tide this weekend in a game that has massive implications on the College Football Playoff. Both teams are coming off of the bye week meaning both teams have had extra time to heal.

On Wednesday Night, the First SEC Availability report of the week was released giving us an idea of who may play this weekend.

On the LSU side, the Tigers will be without starting left guard Garrett Dellinger who underwent tightrope surgery on his ankle after suffering an injury in the Texas A&M game. West Weeks is questionable for this game which isn't surprising, Weeks has been dealing with an injury and will only play if LSU loses linebackers as he can still redshirt as he hasn't played in four games.

The biggest question has been whether or not starting wide receiver CJ Daniels will play in this game. Daniels has dealt with injuries the past few games leaving the Arkansas and Texas A&M games early making him questionable to play this weekend.

When Brian Kelly spoke to the media earlier in the week he said that Daniels is "much better off health-wise than he was two weeks ago" and "the expectation would be is that he's gonna be able to help us".

On the Alabama side, starting safety Keon Sabb remains out long term as he has been dealing with an injury. In his absence Bray Hubbard has been stepping up for the Alabama defense and is emerging for the Tide. This week wide receiver and punt returner Cole Adams was ruled out for the season with a lower body injury.
