The highly anticipated LSU vs Clemson game on Saturday will now begin a little later than expected. Kick-off between No. 9 LSU and No. 4 Clemson was originally slated to be at 7:30 p.m. ET. However, fans will have to wait a little longer to see the action begin. The new official kick-off time is 7:52 p.m. ET.

The move isn't an unusual one, as college football fans are used to games getting started later than the originally scheduled kick-off time. Games on either ESPN or ABC are often pushed back due to overlap from the previous game window. ABC's 3:30 p.m. ET window on Saturday will feature Alabama visiting Florida State. That means fans tuning in to see LSU vs Clemson may see the Tide and Seminoles for a bit first.

The LSU vs Clemson game will be broadcast on ABC, and much to the delight of Tiger fans, is not impacted by the ongoing carriage dispute between FOX Sports and YouTube TV. ESPN's top college football broadcast team featuring play-by-play man Chris Fowler, color analyst Kirk Herbstreit, and sideline reporters Holly Rowe and Molly McGrath will be on the call.

The game is a pivotal one for both programs. LSU and Clemson are a combined 1-7 in Week 1 games since 2021, and LSU hasn't won a season opener since 2019. With both teams eyeing a shot at the national title this season, Saturday's matchup is sure to entertain - just with a slightly different start time.
