4) Florida

The Florida Gators are in a bit of a tailspin, losing two of their past three games and falling to 16-9 on the season. They still remain a team that has potential to string together a few wins at the NCAA Tournament, though, largely due to a deep frontcourt that is capable of causing mismatches.

The Gators are led by a trio of talented post players in Dorian Finney-Smith, John Egbunu and Devin Robinson, who are averaging a combined 35 points and 20.7 rebounds per game.

Florida also has an ability to light up the scoreboard from long-rage, something evidenced by its 12-of-20 three-point shooting performance during an 88-71 victory over No. 9 West Virginia in the Big 12/ SEC Challenge last month.

Ultimately, though, the Gators’ inconsistent play will prevent them from being a true championship threat at the NCAA Tournament.
