LSU football landed 10 players on the 2016 Preseason Media Days All-Southeastern Conference Teams.

The preseason accolades keep rolling in for the Tigers. A day after being picked to finish second in the SEC West behind Alabama, LSU football placed the second most players (Alabama, 12) on the All-SEC teams.

Headlined by running back Leonard Fournette, four Tigers earned spots on the All-SEC first team, including Ethan Pocic at center, Kendell Beckwith at linebacker and Tre’Davious White at cornerback.

Fournette was nearly a unanimous selection as he received 329 of the 331 total votes at running back, and he was also the top vote-getter among all players listed.

Wide receiver Malachi Dupre, offensive guard William Clapp, defensive tackle Davon Godchaux and safety Jamal Adams were chosen to the All-SEC Second Team.

LSU’s Third-Team All-SEC members include quarterback Brandon Harris and outside linebacker Arden Key.

Yes, you read that last sentence correctly. Brandon Harris was voted as the third best quarterback in the conference by the media. Harris’ selection speaks volumes for the dearth of SEC quarterback experience and talent this season.

At a time when most LSU football fans are still skeptical of Harris’ ability to lead the Tigers to postseason glory, the conference’s media seem to be coming around to the junior signal caller.

Harris likely won’t be asked to put up the gaudy stats of other quarterbacks around the country for his team to win, but don’t be surprised if 2016 is the Parkway High School product’s breakout season.

Here’s the entire list of the media’s All-SEC selections:
