The 2026 recruiting cycle has given the LSU Football fanbase a ton to be excited about going forward. The Tigers currently hold the Nation's 2nd ranked recruiting class trailing only the USC Trojans but, the Tigers are in the hunt to regain the top recruiting class in the Country. The Tigers class is headlined by 5-star commits Wide Receiver Tristen Keys and Defensive Lineman Richard Anderson while the Tigers were recently projected to add a 3rd 5-star Darius Gray.
The Tigers now head into a crucial period in the recruiting calendar as the start of the summer starts official visits. This summer, the LSU Football program will be busy hosting some of the Nation's top recruits looking to build out this recruiting class that currently has 9 players committed.

On3's Industry Recruiting Rankings rank Geralds as a 4-star recruit ranking as the 80th ranked player in the Country, the 6th ranked defensive lineman, and the 8th ranked player out of Georgia. In April, Geralds released a top 10 including LSU along with Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Clemson, Michigan, Oregon, Florida State, Oklahoma, Miami, and Ole Miss making this a loaded recruitment.
Getting Geralds on campus for an official visit is massive news for the LSU Football team as it'll give the Tigers a chance to move further in consideration. As things currently stand, LSU holds a commitment from the top ranked defensive lineman Richard Anderson but, the rest of the class needs to be built out this summer. The Tigers have built great relationships with several other top defensive tackle including In-State stars Lamar Brown and Darryus McKinley setting LSU up for fireworks the rest of this recruiting cycle.
