Raycine Guillory brings RB depth to LSU after one season at Utah
At the time of his commitment to the Tigers, Guillory was ranked as the No. 60 running back on On3's Transfer Portal Player Rankings. He leaves Utah after just one season, seeing action in one game and tallying just a single carry for 4 yards.
Hailing from Aledo, TX, Guillory was a 3-star prospect ranked as the No. 527 overall player and No. 45 running back for the 2025 recruiting class according to Rivals Industry Rankings. Guillory now joins an LSU backfield expected to be led by former No. 1 RB recruit Harlem Berry, who put together a strong true freshman campaign in 2025.
Berry totaled 491 rushing yards and 4.7 yards per carry to go along with a pair of touchdowns for the Tigers this season. His workload increased in the second half of the season, as he saw 10+ carries and racked up 50+ rushing yards in 5 of his last 7 games. Kiffin secured a huge win when the former 5-star recruit decided to come back to Baton Rouge for his sophomore season.
Caden Durham was LSU's leading rushing in each of the last 2 seasons, but he has decided to pursue other opportunities in the transfer portal. As it stands, Berry figures to be LSU's RB1 in 2026 with Guillory providing some depth.
