On Sunday, the Ruston (La.) five-star tight end Ahmad Hudson announced his commitment to Lane Kiffin's Tigers, a move that several scouts saw coming a mile away with Hudson staying true to his hometown.
Hudson took to his Instagram on Sunday morning to make his commitment official.
With his decision, Hudson officially becomes LSU's top-ranked commit in LSU’s 2027 class as the second five-star in the class, flanking Irmo (S.C.) EDGE Jaiden Bryant.

Kiffin has already stacked multiple major recruiting wins, but this might be the biggest of them all. Hudson is ranked as the No. 16 overall prospect and top-ranked tight end in the 2027 cycle. Plus, he's also the No. 4 player in LSU.
