Lane Kiffin continues to pull out all the stops in an effort to land 5-star offensive lineman Jordan Seaton through the transfer portal. Kiffin has already brought in the top-ranked portal class in the country according to 247Sports, but adding Seaton to the mix would be a massive victory for Kiffin and the Tigers.

While LSU remains the favorite, a deal is still not in place. According to Matt Moscona, Seaton left his LSU visit without signing and returned to Atlanta on Tuesday night. Kiffin then flew to Atlanta, presumably to meet with Seaton.

Jordan Seaton remains undecided after LSU visit
After cancelling a visit to Oregon earlier this week, the 6'5" 330-pound lineman still met with Ducks head coach Dan Lanning. It appears that Lanning flew to Atlanta on Tuesday to meet with Seaton following his LSU visit. Seaton took to social media on Tuesday night to post a picture with Lanning.

Seaton is ranked as the No. 2 offensive lineman in the portal by Saturday Blitz, and is the best overall player still available on the market. After LSU's offensive line put together an underwhelming season in 2025, Seaton would be the perfect catalyst to lead a bounce back season up front.
New LSU quarterback Sam Leavitt is coming off a season-ending ankle injury he suffered on October 25, so keeping him protected throughout the 2026 season is of the utmost importance for the Tigers. Seaton is an elite pass-blocker, and would make for an exceptional protector for Leavitt. Seaton allowed just 5 sacks over the course of 948 pass blocking snaps in 2 seasons with Colorado, and his pass-blocking grade of 91.4 was the best in the entire country this past season.
On3's Shea Dixon believes that Seaton will end up in Baton Rouge, but not getting a deal done while he was visiting LSU for multiple days is a cause for concern for LSU fans. Throw in the fact that Lanning is now pulling out all the stops as well, and Tiger fans are sweating as they await Seaton's decision.
