The Transfer Portal is in full swing as players enter and exit rather quickly ending up at their new programs. We've heard a ton about the 9 players LSU has already signed but, there are also 16 LSU Tigers that are in the transfer portal. Some have already committed and signed with new programs like Jordan Allen who's now at Houston and Da'Shawn Womack who's now at Ole Miss.
The latest Tiger to officially depart LSU is Wide Receiver CJ Daniels who entered the portal surprisingly a year after transferring to LSU. On Wednesday, CJ Daniels committed to Miami according to On3 and Miami's Account who reposted the news.

When Daniels entered the transfer portal it came as a surprise as Brian Kelly had just told the media the week prior that everything was pointing toward CJ Daniels returning. This season, Daniels dealt with a dislocated heel which hampered his ability yet, he played through it. Daniels finished the season and his time at LSU with 42 catches for 480 yards after recording a 1,000 yard season the year prior at Liberty.
The Tigers had to replace two starters with CJ Daniels leaving and have used the transfer portal to do so. LSU has landed three wide receivers from the transfer portal in Kentucky's Barion Brown, Oklahoma's Nic Anderson, and Florida State's Destyn Hill making for an incredible haul at the position. Barion Brown will most likely fill Daniels role as the receiver that can stretch the field while also working the short and intermediate routes.
Thus far, LSU has only had three players pick their next school in CJ Daniels, Da'Shawn Womack, and Jordan Allen so it'll be interesting to see if any of the players who entered their names into the portal return to LSU.
