The LSU Football team has been on a tear like never seen before in this recruiting cycle as the Tigers have hung around the top three for the majority of this recruiting cycle. The LSU Football team has stayed hot enough to the point where not only could LSU land the top class in the country, but the Tigers could land the greatest class in program history.

The highest LSU has ever had a recruiting class finish was in 2020 when the Tigers finished with a 299.07 according to the 24/7 Sports composite. That class in many ways was a disaster headlined by some success stories like Kayshon Boutte, Jaquelin Roy, and BJ Ojulari. Nonetheless, LSU landed three five stars in Boutte, Arik Gilbert, and Eli Ricks along with 14 four stars, and five three-stars.

The LSU Football team currently holds commitments from 3 five-stars, 15 four-stars, and 6 three-stars in this class. 24/7 Sports has Bryce Underwood, DJ Pickett, and Derek Meadows as the five stars which means Harlem Berry and Damien Shanklin could crack into the top 32. The rankings are also incredibly low on Brandon Brown, Zion Williams, Jhase Thomas, Phillip Wright, and Keylan Moses who should take a jump in this recruiting class.

If the LSU Football team could land a few pieces they're still targeting from the group of Aidan Anding, Jaime Ffrench, Jonah Williams, Jerome Myles, and Solomon Thomas among others this could be the highest rated class in program history.

A Massive nod to Brian Kelly and his staff

Brian Kelly took a massive job leaving Notre Dame where he had built his legacy to take the LSU job but, he did it for a reason. This recruiting class is proving that LSU can out recruit any program in the country and Brian Kelly is proving that with every recruit. Brian Kelly and his staff have been dominating on the recruiting trail and its incredible how great they've done on the trail on a National scale.
