As the month of February flies by, the recruiting dead period is almost over and schools will be able to start hosting recruits on campus once again. During the recruiting dead period, the LSU Football program has been happy to see the good news rolling in as Brysten Martinez committed to LSU while the Tigers have had several top recruits make their plans to head to Baton Rouge for their official visits.
The latest recruit to lock in his plans for an official visit is In-State star Blaine Bradford who has set his official visit to LSU from June 20th-22nd while he'll visit Ohio State the week prior.

Blaine Bradford isn't just one of LSU's top priorities but, he's one of the most sought after players in the 2026 recruiting class. On3 ranks Blaine Bradford as the 7th ranked recruit in the Country, the top safety in the class, and the top player out of Louisiana.
The Tigers currently hold the Nation's third ranked recruiting class and the top class in the SEC and the top class in the SEC behind six commitments all of which are from Louisiana. LSU locking down the state is massive news for LSU as the Tigers pursue the two star recruits in the State looking to land Bradford and Lamar Brown.
This offseason, LSU scoured the transfer portal for SEC Caliber safeties and the lengths they had to go showed how important landing Blaine Bradford is. The Tigers already have Edna Karr star Aiden Hall on board in this recruiting class and a safety pairing of Blaine Bradford and Hall long term would be incredible for LSU's defense.
The June 20th through June 22nd recruiting weekend is shaping up to be the most important recruiting weekend of the year. Five Star defensive lineman Lamar Brown, Five Star safety Blaine Bradford, recent reclassified wide receiver Boobie Feaster, and Louisiana's Top Wide Receiver Jabari Mack will all be on campus.
